Oscar Leaving the Chronicle

By NBCC

NBCC board member Oscar Villalon, book editor of the San Francisco Chronicle, departs on Friday, August 29.  He took a buyout, but, he says, he’s still in the game, doing freelancing reviewing for NPR.org, KQED’s “The California Report,” and the Virginia Quarterly Review.
